“Not really.”
That is AroFlo's own answer, in their own FAQ, to “Will AroFlo work offline (with no internet)?” — followed by “AroFlo requires a steady online connection to be used at its full capacity.” For an office that's fine. For a technician in a basement plant room, it is the whole problem.
No card required.
Three Honest Differences
Every active contractor login costs extra. AroFlo's help centre, on contractor licences: “there is an additional cost for each active contractor that accesses AroFlo.” Deployr's subcontractor portal is free and unlimited — assigned jobs, purchase orders and timesheets, at no charge per head.
The $80 is the top of a scale nobody publishes. “The per-user subscription rate decreases as an organization adds more user licenses” — but the bands aren't shown, the currency isn't stated and GST is never mentioned. The published figure isn't enough to work out your bill.
