Find a Customer's Work, Contacts and Status
For admins and office staff · Updated 23 Sep 2026
A customer's page opens on who has work on: their open jobs, quotes out and maintenance coming due, beside their sites and contacts.
How Jobs, Quotes and Assets Connect
- The Jobs, Quotes, Sites and Assets tabs list the customer's records. New Job and New Quote at the top start one with the customer already filled in.
- A site's page lists its Open Jobs, and its Service History of every job booked there, open or finished. New job on the site starts one for that site and its customer.
- The customer's Charge Rates and Invoicing tabs set the rates and invoicing rules for their work.
- A SWMS added on a customer's or a site's SWMS tab applies to every job for that customer, or at that site.
The Contacts panel shows the primary contact from Edit, and any other contacts that came in with the customer's onboarding pack or a contacts import. There's no screen for adding another contact by hand yet.
On Hold and Inactive
On a customer's page, More has Put on Hold, Mark Inactive and Make Active. A customer on hold or inactive drops out of the everyday Active list on Customers, and their page says so. Neither stops a job or quote being raised for them.
To change several customers at once, choose Select on the Customers list, tick them, and use the same buttons.
Deleting
Delete customers with Select on the Customers list, then Delete…. An admin deletes a site from its page with Delete Site… under More.
Deleting removes that one record for good. Its jobs, quotes, invoices and assets stay and keep its name, but their links to it lead nowhere. To stop new work for a customer, mark them inactive instead.
