Log In, Create an Account and Reset Your Password
Updated 23 Sep 2026
Starting a New Business on Deployr
- On the Log In page, choose Create One.
- Enter your Email and a Password, then the password again under Confirm Password.
- Under About You, add your Date of Birth and Country. Under Your Business, add the Business Name. Tick the box to accept how your information is used.
- Choose Create Account. Deployr emails you a 6-digit code, which works for an hour.
- Enter the code and choose Verify. If it hasn't arrived, choose Resend, or Change Email if you mistyped the address.
You're now the admin of a new business on a 14-day trial. Next, see Set Up Your Business in Settings.
Joining a Business You've Been Invited To
Don't create an account. Open the link in your invitation email instead: it takes you to Choose a New Password, where you enter a password and choose Set Password. The first time you open Deployr, Complete Your Profile asks for a few details.
If the link has expired, ask the admin who invited you to send it again, or use Forgot Password? on the Log In page with the email the invite went to. If Create Account says there's already an account for your email, you've probably been invited, so use Forgot Password? to set a password.
Forgotten Your Password
- On the Log In page, choose Forgot Password?.
- Enter the email you log in with and choose Send Reset Link.
- Open the link in the email on the same device. It works once, within an hour.
- Enter a New Password, type it again under Confirm Password, and choose Set Password.
If the page says Link Expired, choose Request a New Link. If nothing arrives, check your junk folder, and check it went to the email you log in with: for your security, the reset page doesn't say whether an account exists for an email.
Password Rules
A password needs at least 8 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol. A password that has turned up in a known data breach is refused, even if it meets the rules. Passwords don't expire.
Changing Your Password
There's no change-password screen inside Deployr. Sign out, then use Forgot Password? on the Log In page to set a new one.
Signed Out Without Warning
If Deployr signs you out after a spell of not using it, an admin has probably set Sign Out When Idle, under Settings → The Business → Security Policies.
One email address belongs to one Deployr business. Deployr doesn't ask for a second sign-in step yet, even when Require Two-Factor for All Staff is switched on under Security Policies.
More in Your Plan and Account
- When a Save Says It Isn't on Your PlanWhy Deployr refuses some saves because of your plan or billing, what each message means, and how an admin sorts it out.
- Your Plan, the Trial and Starting a SubscriptionHow the 14-day trial works, what each plan includes, what you pay per user, and how an admin starts, changes or cancels the subscription.
- Delete Your Account or the Whole BusinessWhat deleting your Deployr account removes and keeps, and how the only admin closes the whole business, with 7 days to change their mind.
- Privacy and Exporting Your DataWho looks after which information in Deployr, where it's kept, how an admin exports records as CSV, and how to ask for a copy of your own details.
